FAQ’s

Do you offer paper prints or gallery wraps?

No. All of our works are custom printed using museum quality archival inks on canvas, mounted to a water resistant tempered hardboard, framed ready to hang.

Where are your prints made?

All orders are made in the USA originating from Illinois. Our focus is on the United States river system whether it be as the continuous or individual state boundary therefore we only print and ship within those areas.

What is your return policy?

All orders are custom printed and framed therefore we do not except returns or exchanges.

What happens if my order comes damaged?

Every piece of art is hand packaged very carefully and sealed ready for delivery. Although they leave our shop in perfect condition insured for proper destination sometimes they may arrive damaged. If that occurs there’s no need to worry, replacement will take place according to the shipping insurance process. Please make notations on your delivery paperwork and take pictures for the insurance documentation.

Do you make custom maps or sizes not listed on your website?

We can add a personalized note or company logo at an additional charge and we are in the process of adding new designs which will be posted once completed.

Do you wholesale?

Yes wholesale orders can be arranged and we can print and frame up to 60“ x 60“.

Will you share my information?

No. Your information is only used to process your order. We do not market by email or sell your information or keep it on file. All credit card information is processed through encrypted SSL certificate authentication.
